Dear Carolina Gardens Residents,
We are pleased to introduce ourselves as the newly elected Board Elect for our Carolina Gardens community. It is an honor to serve in these roles, and we are committed to supporting the continued success, stability, and sense of community that makes Carolina Gardens such a special place to live.
Your Board Elect consists of five members:
- Jack Adelson, President
- Doug Hayes, Vice President
- Elliot Susseles, Treasurer
- Michelle Bomba, Co-Secretary
- Nick Cirulli, Co-Secretary
Over the coming months, we are working closely with the current Board of Directors in a collaborative and supportive capacity. This transition period is focused on three key areas: reviewing current practices and policies, providing advisory input where appropriate, and gaining valuable training and insight into the Board’s ongoing responsibilities and operations.
Our goal during this time is to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition, while building a strong foundation for effective leadership moving forward. We are committed to learning as much as possible, asking the right questions, and engaging constructively with the current Board to best serve our community.
We also look forward to getting to know more of you. Open communication and transparency are important to us, and we encourage residents to share thoughts, questions, or ideas as we prepare to step into our roles more fully.
