Sit ups and crunches may cause back pain. What else can we do to strengthen our core? What’s the difference between your abs and your core? Learn the importance of core strength. Take away 10 new exercises you can do to strengthen your core. Bring a mat so you can participate in this hands-on workshop.  Most exercises will be on the floor, but we will cover a few options you can do in a chair or laying on your bed.
