Michelle began her fitness journey 80 pounds heavier than she is today and was so confused about how to lose weight and get in shape. Her passion for health and fitness is the reason she decided to become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, as well as her desire to help others. She is so grateful to have the knowledge she has now and to be able share it with all of you! Her goal is to help others with the same struggles she has had by providing the tools and information needed to live a healthier and happier life through nutrition and fitness.
