Functional Fitness W/ Michele 10-10:45a Functional Fitness is an exercise class that focuses on building strength and endurance for everyday life aiming to improve overall health while making daily activities more comfortable. It is a low impact, full body workout that helps you get stronger for daily activities like walking up the stairs, unloading the groceries or even making the bed. Each class will mix it up with different equipment using bands, light weights, discs, a chair, Pilates ball, or even body weight to keep the class fun and mix up how we train each class.
