Join Alvin Braswell, formerly with the N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences for a presentation on Herpetology!
This presentation will be an overview of the turtle diversity in NC, an introduction to the turtles that occur in the Fuquay-Varina area, emphasis on turtle biology as it relates to what people are likely to observe, protected status of certain turtles, and comments on turtles as pets from practical, legal, and ethical perspectives.
