Resistance band strength training helps you to build muscular strength and flexibility without needing complex gym equipment. By using a variety of lengths, styles, and tension, you can do a full-body workout only using bands. When you train with stretchy bands, you’ll feel resistance throughout a full range of motion, not just certain parts of the move. This is the main reason exercising with bands differs from free weights and strength machines.
