A water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion your body. Feel the music motivate you as you perform easy to follow exercises. Aqua dumbbells and/or noodles may be used for a variety of movements.
