Bodysculpt is a workout that targets all major muscle groups. This class uses high repetitions to fatigue the muscles to grow leaner and stronger. We will use supersets that require you to perform several exercises using the same muscle group back to back with little to no rest in between. You should be able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring your mats for this intermediate class.
