
Aqua Yoga

10:30-11:15 Wednesdays
Aqua Yoga will begin with some breathing exercises to ground us and center us followed by a joint and spinal warm up. Yoga poses and flows will be used to add strength, stability to our body and increase our range of motion. Cool down poses will be included using a pool noodle to aid in the comfort and stretch of our muscles. This is a great low impact workout for your body and your mind. No prior yoga experience is needed because it truly is for everybody.
