This class is designed to improve the way you move every day. Through a blend of functional mobility exercises, active stretches, and gentle passive stretching, you’ll increase flexibility, improve joint health, and build greater ease of movement. Perfect for all fitness levels, this session helps reduce stiffness, enhance balance, and support long-term mobility for a stronger, more flexible body.
Sara Walsh is a Registered Professional Nurse with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She is a Functional Movement Specialist with extensive training in various modalities, all geared towards helping her clients move better, and feel better. She is a Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapist, 1000 hour Functional Registered Yoga Instructor, and Reiki practitioner. Sara is always furthering her studies and incorporating new modalities into her offerings. She specializes in personalized sessions geared towards each person’s unique needs, creating a path towards more freedom and ease in the body.
