Join Sabrina White for a fun-filled evening! POUND is a unique group fitness class that incorporates drumming into a
workout routine. Participants use lightly weighted drumsticks (1/4lb) called Ripstix® to perform various exercises while following the rhythm of energizing music. This innovative
approach not only makes the workout enjoyable but also effective in burning
calories and toning muscles.
Class is done all standing. It is designed for all fitness levels, allowing participants to modify intensity by choosing to hit the floor or simply air drum.
A typical class includes roughly thousands of reps, and over 30 interval peaks, targeting the core, legs, and glutes through squatting and lunging.
Meet your instructor:
My name is Sabrina White, I've been on my health journey since 2010. In order to hold myself accountable, I became a fitness coach at my heaviest. It was my desire to go through my health journey with my participants. I never imagined falling in love with fitness! I love being a part of an amazing fitness community!
I'm an IFTA and AEA certified aqua fitness coach, Pound Fitness and Generation Pound (kids), Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids and Cardio Ball Drumming Coach! I look forward to meeting everyone!
