Join Linda for a fun, choreographed, musically driven full body workout all in the chair!! This class is designed for individuals that may need to use the chair because of balance issues, have limited mobility or injuries. This is a 45 minute high energy full body workout that uplifts people through dance and fitness movements. The first half of the class will be choreographed dance and the second part will include some light strength training with hand weights.
