Yoga Flow & Stretch - This mat class offers flowing sequences that move the body in all ranges of motion, allowing for connection to breath and increasing mindfulness. Members must be able to get up and down from their mat with ease. Some yoga experience is necessary. Modifications are offered. Please bring your mat.
