Join Curt for an energizing group fitness circuit class featuring five dynamic exercise stations designed to build strength, boost endurance, and keep you moving. You’ll rotate through each station with short rest periods in between, creating a fast-paced, full-body workout that is fun, challenging, and suitable for a variety of fitness levels. Modifications can be made. Please bring your mats, towels and water.
* Must be able to get up and down from floor.
