Triple Fit is a group fitness class designed to improve flexibility, stability, posture, and overall functional strength. This class blends gentle stretching, balance-focused movements, core conditioning, and light strength exercises to help participants move with greater confidence and ease. Using controlled, low-impact movements, participants will work on mobility, body awareness, and muscle endurance in a supportive environment. This class is ideal for a variety of fitness levels and can be modified to meet individual needs. This is a mat-based class. Please bring your mats.
